1 cup freshly brewed, Amaretto coffee (regular or decaffeinated)
1 cup milk, 2% milk fat
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
ice cubes
pinch of ground cinnamon
This coffee has plenty of flavor…yet is light and very refreshing. What a perfect coffee for a hot afternoon!
SERVES: 2
COMBINE the coffee, milk, extracts, and sugar. Place cubes into two tall, twelve ounce glasses. Pour coffee mixture over ice. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
